Delegates have the option to book accommodation at the conference venue at a special rate. Royal Lancaster London is a 5-star hotel, with 411 beautifully designed rooms and suites offering incredible city views.

Through the booking link you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations.

• Classic double room including breakfast (single occupancy) = £370 + VAT

MAKE RESERVATION

• A supplement of £30 + VAT extra will be applied for double occupancy.
• A discretionary 5% accommodation service charge will be added to your bedroom charge which is payable at the Customer’s discretion.

Cancellation

Please note for all confirmed reservations, the applicable individual cancellation policy is by 16:00hrs local London time, 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid being charge for the 100% reservation cost. Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available at the special rate, and they are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Book now to avoid disappointment.
