Plaza Suite 10 (lower ground level) will be available for the exclusive use of press.
Desk space and power sockets will be available on a first come first served basis in the conference hall for press use.
We would be pleased if you discuss the Symposium on social media, using #NuclearSympo. The event’s X (formerly Twitter) account is @nuclearsympo and the World Nuclear Association’s X account is @worldnuclear. World Nuclear Association can also be found on LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Photographs will be taken throughout the conference by an official photographer. These photos will be made available each day on Flickr and you are welcome to use them for media purposes. Please credit World Nuclear Association.
Presentations will be uploaded to the mobile app by the end of the day. Session recordings will be uploaded by Wednesday, 13 September.
If you wish to record video of the conference sessions, or public areas of the Symposium, please contact press@world-nuclear.org prior to the event. We wish to make life easier for you, but also need to protect the privacy of our delegates and minimize disruptions.
Log onto “Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts’ network and select “Quick connect”. No login or password is required. The connection is suitable for internet browsing and emails.
You can find these in the lounge area in the exhibition hall.
