Breaking New Ground - Delivering on time, on budget and at scale

The Net Zero Nuclear pledge signed at COP28 sets the goal of tripling global nuclear capacity by 2050, requiring the construction of hundreds of new reactors. This session will explore how the nuclear industry can meet this challenge by delivering projects on time, on budget, and at scale. Key topics include: the role of EPCs in achieving this goal and the challenges they face; lessons from recent nuclear projects; the availability and mobilization of skilled labour; and the benefits of localizing the supply chain.
